The collected Information is used in
eligibility and feasibility determinations on borrowers' requests
for disaster set-aside; primary loan servicing (reamortization,
rescheduling, deferral, write down and conservation contractors),
buyout at market value, and homestead protection, as well as
liquidation of security.
The number of respondents is
17,174 (no change in this request) while the total annual responses
are 32,496 with a total estimated burden of 12,221 hours. The
annual burden hours increased by 185 while the number of responses
increased by 382 because the loan servicing activities increased
slightly to reflect the current numbers since the last OMB
approval.
