INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING FORM RAC-51


Report in pounds all inventory of off-grade raisins on hand as of the requested date by location and variety.

















































This report is required by law (7 U.S.C. 608d, 7 CFR 989.173(a)(1)). Failure to report can result in a fine of $2,750 for each such violation, and each day during which such violation continues shall be deemed a separate violation.
