Abstract: New data collection for the ConnectHomeUSA initiative. This initiative encourages selected communities to design a comprehensive program that helps residents obtain free or affordable in-home Internet service, computer devices and the training to use them. Selected communities will participate for a three-year period. HUD is proposing a three-part reporting process. The first part will ask communities to provide basic community information; the second will ask for goal setting, and the third will be a quarterly report that communities will use to track progress against their goals.
