ASSIGNMENT,
ACCEPTANCE, AND RELEASE (Wool or Mohair)
This form is used by the agency when borrowers
sell wool or mohair by consignment, through a broker. On this form,
the agency obtains the borrower’s assignment of proceeds from
the sale. The agency completes the form and the borrower signs it at
the County Office. Further, the borrower obtains the broker’s
signature before the assignment can be effective.
