TRANSFER OF REAL ESTATE SECURITY
This form is used by the agency when borrowers request agency consent to sell or transfer real estate. The form records the agreements reached between the borrower and the transferee. The agency, in consultation with the transferor and transferee, completes the form and the transferor and transferee sign it at the County Office.
