Description and Administration 

Administered to a sample of individuals from each jurisdiction participating in TA. 10 participants from each jurisdiction will be randomly selected among those attending TA events throughout the year. Sample from each jurisdiction will include at least two of the following – Program Director, Manager, Principal Investigator, or CO-PI.
