OVERALL SUMMIT EVALUATION FORM

Thank you for attending the 2024 National Fatherhood Summit: From Foundations to the Future. The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), and the Office of Family Assistance (OFA) in ACF, are committed to supporting fathers from all walks of life because fathers are essential to the healthy social, emotional, and economic well-being of their children and families. The purpose of this feedback survey is to gather information about your Summit experience that can inform the development of future events to further support and expand fatherhood efforts across the country. Your answers are voluntary, but your feedback is very important.
