Can you please submit a non-substantive change request for ICR 1110-0026 Federal
Firearms Licensee (FFL) Enrollment/National Instant Criminal Background Check
System (NICS) Electronic Check (E-Check) as soon as practical? 
The business component is only looking to update the email address that is listed on the
form. I have attached a new copy of the form.

Good afternoon, 
NICS is ceasing usage of email address NICS_UPEG @fbi.gov and migrating to email
address [email protected].  
We are requesting approval for attached cosmetic change  for OMB 1110-0026 - NICS
FFL Enrollment.  The only difference is the updated email address which has been added
in  two places on the form. 

We are requesting approval as soon as possible, please, as the new address will be
open next week (the upeg version of the email will remain active for a short time as well).
