Non-substantiative changes

The FAA is revising IC 2120-0018 as follows:

The following forms have been revised with an updated Privacy Act Statement (PAS), per direction from the FAA Privacy office, as a result of changes to SORN 801, Aircraft Registration System.

The updates needed are as follows:

• 8110-12 – Needs a revised PAS

• 8130-12 – Needs a revised PAS

• 8130-1 – Needs a revised PAS

The following forms have been revised to remove the Privacy Act Statement (PAS), per direction from the FAA Privacy office, because they do include privacy information for individuals, as covered under SORN 801.

• 8130-6 – Remove PAS

• 8130-15 – Remove PAS
