Summary of Changes

We are requesting a non-substantial change to the information collection request (ICR) for the Evaluation of the Minority HIV/AIDS Research Initiative (MARI): 2003-Present OMB # 0920-0840. Specifically, we are requesting modifications to the MARI Investigators Survey (attachment 2) to broaden a question that was previously too specific and specifically asked about attendance at a conference that has since passed. The edit consists of deleting a question and refining another question to better capture the participant's interest in attending and serving as a panelist for future conferences. Changes are noted in Attachment 2, and the specific changes are outlined in Table 1. This change would be effective immediately after approval. The MARI Investigators Survey will continue to be completed in SurveyMonkey, a secure web application for online surveys. The proposed change will not impact the public reporting burden.
