The Drug Enforcement Administration
(DEA) seeks approval by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB)
for a new collection of information, Emergency Medical Services and
Recordkeeping and Notice Requirements. This information collection
request is associated with DEA’s “Registering Emergency Medical
Services Agencies under the Protecting Patient Access to Emergency
Medications Act of 2017” rulemaking, RIN 1117-AB37.
