involving products from these countries under the Anti-Dumping or Countervailing Duty sanctions as EXIM cannot support exports to entities
in these markets if the exports are used by these entities to produce such products. Please contact EXIM for further advice if trade sanctions

secured and the type of credit facilities offered.
3. Background information on the LC issuing bank, including a description of the bank's operation and structure and a list of the shareholders
who directly or indirectly own 10% or more of the bank, with their corresponding ownership percentages.
4. Rating Agencies' reports on the LC issuing bank.
