Uses
For the purposes of this questionnaire, diversion is the obligation or
expenditure of a 911 fee or charge for a purpose or function other than the
purposes and functions identified in 47 CFR § 9.23 of the Commission’s
rules as acceptable.

collected for 911 or E911 purposes in your state or jurisdiction
obligated or expended solely for acceptable purposes and functions as
