Justification for Non-material change, OMB control number 1235-0016
This information collection was submitted as a revision to form WH-530 and the creation of WH-535/540 forms in July 2024. OMB approved the revision on August 26, 2024. On September 10, 2024, the Department submitted the Spanish translations of the above referenced forms for approval. OMB approved the Spanish versions on September 16, 2024.
These forms (both English and Spanish) are being submitted for a non-material change as the address listed has changed due to an office move. The Farm Labor Certification Team recently changed suites within the same building. The team moved from suite “11-100” to suite “18-300”. The forms now list the correct room number following the move. No other changes have been made.
