Recently, you received an invitation by email to participate in the Sheriffs’ Advice-Seeking Survey for a study funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We greatly value your unique perspective and are writing to you because you have not yet completed the survey.

Your participation will help the study by providing us with valuable information about advice-seeking among sheriffs and the uptake of evidence-based strategies to help people re-entering the community after incarceration.
