The Report and Order was subsequently released on January 26, 2024, and published in the Federal Register on April 29, 2024. Relevant to Control No. 3060-1070, the Report and Order adopted the following Commission rules: section 101.63(b); section 101.1523(a) and (e); and section 101.1528(a)(11), (b)(10), and (d).
