Description of Changes to Burden:
There is no change in Burden Hours associated with the modifications made to comply with EO 14168.
At this point, the only changes made were to comply with the executive order. We aware of Statistical Policy Directive No. 15: Standards for Maintaining, Collecting, and Presenting Federal Data on Race and Ethnicity (SPD 15). We request additional time to implement this change and will include in our next OMB application. The data for this field matches what is collected by NCHS in vital records, so we are awaiting the updated forms from NCHS before implementing the change.
