The Family and Youth Services Bureau (FYSB) would like your input on potential revisions to the Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP) participant entry and exit surveys (OMB 0970-0497) administered as part of the performance measures data collection. We will host a virtual listening session (OMB 0970-0356) for [State PREP/Competitive PREP/Tribal PREP/PREIS] grant recipients on [Mon/Tues/Wednes/Thurs]day, September [2#], 2024, from [3:00 - 4:30/3:30 - 5:00] p.m. ET.

Registration for this listening session will be limited to 20 participants. (Separate sessions will be held for each PREP funding stream.) We encourage to you register for this session if you have suggestions for improvements to the PREP performance measures. If one of your colleagues or partners, such as an evaluator, would be better able to provide input on the measures, please forward this message and encourage them to register instead.

The FYSB has contracted with Mathematica to complete this work. If you are unable to attend the session, or if registration is full, please provide any input you have through the PREP performance measures help desk ([email protected]) or through the prompt on the registration site. We appreciate the suggestions we have previously received from grant recipients and will take all input into account when we revise the measures.
