MEMORANDUM FOR APPROVAL OF INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUEST
SUBJECT: Review and approval of information collection for Deputy Assistant Secretary of
Defense for Reserve Integration
As a senior official appointed oversight of Civil Military Programs by the Trump administration,
I affirm that the information collections titled “DD 3225 Community Application for Civil
Military Partnership”; “DD 3226 Military Application for Civil Military Partnership”; and “DD
3227 After Action Report for Civil Military Partnership and Training” are essential. These
collections support our commitment to highly efficient and effective military training to enhance
the readiness of the American warfighter and the threat resilience of American communities,
aligning with our administration’s key national security priorities.
