Supporting Statement B
OSC uses the ADR survey to assess the quality of its mediation process.
Accordingly, OSC’s ADR survey universe consists of OSC mediation participants, including OSC complainants and their attorneys; Federal Agency attorneys; Federal Agency settlement officials; and other representatives or support persons,
The ADR unit uses an all-electronic survey. This method minimizes the response-time burden.
As noted in Supporting Statement A, OSC estimates that the 100 annual respondents to the initial survey will spend eight minutes completing the survey. The 75 respondents to the follow-up survey would spend an estimated two minutes completing that survey. This burden is therefore de minimus.
