To clarify, does OGC have your approval to publish these notices in the Federal Register?
It is the last step necessary to renew the PRA clearance for Forms EOIR-31 and EOIR31A.

Thank you,
Justine

Subject: Approval Requested: 30-Day Federal Register Notices for EOIR-31&-31A PRA Renewal

Good afternoon Director Owen,

OGC requests your approval to publish the attached notices seeking public comment in
the Federal Register. EOIR is required to open a 30-day comment period as the final step
before submitting a request to OMB to extend the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA)
clearance on two EOIR forms:

1. Form EOIR-31, Request for New Recognition, Renewal of Recognition, Extension of
Recognition of a Non-Profit Religious, Charitable, Social Service, or Similar
Organization (OMB No. 1125-0012)
2. Form EOIR-31A, Request by Organization for Accreditation or Renewal of
Accreditation of Non-Attorney Representative (OMB No. 1125-0013)

Please let me know if you have any questions or proposed revisions before OGC moves
forward in this PRA clearance process.

Thank you,
Justine
