The Inter-American Foundation is submitting this non-substantive change request in order to bring the demographic questions in line with the OPM issued memorandum titled, "Guidance on Implementing Section 3(e) of Executive Order 14168 in Accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act and the Privacy Act.” The only change was to Question 48 of the Grantee Perception Survey form: removed all options except ‘female’ and ‘male’ and ‘prefer not to say.” These changes do not affect the burden.
