Social Media Identifiers(s) Over Past Five (5) Years/Platform. Provide all social media handles,
identifiers, or usernames used on social media over the past five (5) years. Your response should include
both active social media accounts and inactive or deleted accounts. For each
identifier/username/handle/alias(es)/other on-line personas, provide the associated social media platform.
