Appendix M: Public Comment 9 Comment Number: FNS-2022-0015-1577-0020 All Sections: 5.2.10.1.3 Classification: Substantive Commenter Type: Individual/Private Citizen Commenter: Mary Hasse Excerpt Text: Potential increased frequency of required annual reporting, 7 CFR 246.12(j)(5) Comment: I do not support the proposed potential increased frequency of state agency reporting of vendor-related activities (FDP). Submitting these reports is administratively burdensome, and having to do it more frequently would compound this burden. I therefore strongly recommend that USDA removes this proposed provision.
