The U.S. Victims of State Sponsored Terrorism Fund (USVSST Fund) ICR package (OMB # 1123-0013; ICR Ref. # 202210-1123-001) was approved in January 2023. Since then, we became aware that the instruction page of one of our renewed forms includes reference to a section (“Part V”) of our Application Form that was removed in the 2022 revision of our forms.
We have prepared a revised instruction page for the USVSST Fund’s Notice of Filing Claim form to remove the outdated references. Again, the revisions to the form were already approved by OMB. We just became aware of this error.
