Please send me a copy of the proposed El Cert form for review and comment. Also, please make sure the form is in a couple of formats as not
everyone has the expensive version of ADOBE Acrobat application to read the document. Also, City of Tucson requests a version of the form to
be used within our permitting application. Also, I would recommend if you have not already ask for colour photos for the attachments for the
structure being surveyed. There may be additional comments once we get a copy of the draft El Cert form. Please email a copy to City of
Tucson Floodplain Administration. Thanks. - Floodplain Manager / CRS Coordinator
