You may use this form to appoint a representative to act on your behalf before WIPO or to replace a representative as previously recorded. The use of this form is not compulsory. 2. The form may be used for multiple international applications and/or registrations of the same applicant or holder. 3. There is no fee for requesting the appointment of a representative. 4.
