There needs to be a set number of wolves that will be allowed on the landscape and they will be either need to be hunted or managed by the state somehow to handle that number. A lack of plan is so disturbing and no other state in the US following sound science does not have requirements for herd populations for ungulates so it needs to be addressed immediately.
