If the insured qualifies to use a CC (004) Approved yield for the SF (005) practice, do not duplicate APH databases. There must be a separate
P15/P15A for the SF (005) and one for the CC (004) with valid Approved yields submitted. T-yields, yield limitations and substitutions will apply
appropriately by practice. For the P11, the Approved yield field on the SF (005) record must reflect the CC yield and the P11 record MUST
reference the CORRECT P15 CC (004) records AIPYieldKey on that P11. If the SF P11 is one of the organic practice codes, then the CC P15 that is
referenced must be to a corresponding organic practice CC P15.
