NON-SUBSTANTIVE CHANGE REQUEST JUSTIFICATION OMB Control No. 3060-1089 The Commission submits to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval a non-substantive change request for information collection 3060-1089, titled, Structure and Practices of the Video Relay Service Program; Telecommunications Relay Services and Speech-to-Speech Services for Individuals with Hearing and Speech Disabilities, CG Docket Nos. 10-51 & 03-123. The Commission is updating the annual number of responses to be stated as 1,764,771. It was inadvertently not correctly stated in OMB’s database when the information collection was last submitted to OMB for approval. Nothing else is being changed for the information collection.
