Workstream 2: Data Documentation Submission and Sampling

The purpose of this survey is to record feedback from all SBEs participating in IPPTA, measure how each workstream was delivered, and determine whether the goals and purposes for each stage of the IPPTA program have been achieved. Participation is voluntary; however, feedback provided during this process may be used to make improvements or otherwise inform any future improper payment measurement program.  Survey response data will not be shared outside of CMS and will be held internally on CMS servers.
