Question 2: "The people I work with cooperate to get the job done". Within this context, provide examples and/clarify what this means. For example, does this apply to employees within their immediate office, external offices, leadership, etc. If the question is not clear upon receiving results, it could be difficult for analysts to interpret the results and share for reports. Add a question to help measure the effectiveness of the survey similar to question 47 from the fevs " I believe the results of this survey will be used to make my agency a better place to work" Reword: I believe thr results of this survey will contribute to steps taken to address concerns or identify strengths in my agency.
