This is an interview-based study to estimate the costs associated with a reported Vibrio case in Washington State. We expect these costs are borne primarily to three key groups: restaurants/retailers, producers, and management agencies. With key stakeholders, we have formed a conceptual model of where and when costs are incurred managing Vibrio risks. The interviews will populate the model with economic values for each stakeholder group.
