[NCBDDD] CDC's Milestone Tracker App User Surveys
OMB 0920-1397 · HHS/CDC.
OMB 0920-1397
CDC’s Learn the Signs. Act Early. (LTSAE) program promotes family-engaged developmental monitoring of children and aims to improve early identification of autism and other developmental disabilities so that children and families receive the services and support they need. The purpose of this information collection is to improve understanding of how parents and early childhood providers/professionals use the CDC Milestone Tracker app, whether they like the app, and what steps are taken if there are concerns about a child’s development or a missed developmental milestone. The surveys will be collected electronically via a secured online survey platform, in English or Spanish. Findings from the user surveys will be used to make necessary improvements to the app. This Revision is submitted to add a clarifying statement to one question on the Parent Survey and to modify the burden hours based on responses to the previously approved version of this data collection. Overall burden will decrease to 2,419 annual hours.
The latest form for [NCBDDD] CDC's Milestone Tracker App User Surveys expires 2029-07-31 and is listed under ICR 202605-0920-002.
