The goal of this information collection request (ICR) is to collect Annual Progress Report (APR) performance monitoring data via the web-based Cooperative Agreement Management Platform (CAMP). This APR data helps monitor the grantees under Grants for Injury Control Research Centers (ICRC). CDC/NCIPC is submitting a Change Request to revise/remove questions to better align the information collection request with the priorities and Orders issued by the current administration. There are no anticipated changes to the currently approved burden hours.
