This information collection request (ICR) is to revise the ECR Application and Vetting System (ECR EAVS) software by removing several questions from the online application to reduce participant burden and to increase the burden hours to account for the increase in the number of applications to the program over the last three years. This revision is seeking another three years of data collection via the ECR EAVS software.
