30 CFR 842 - Federal Inspections and Monitoring

OMB 1029-0118

Sections 517(h) and 521(a)(1) of the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act allow any person to notify the Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement in writing of any violation which may exist at a surface coal mining and reclamation operation and request an inspection.
