The proposed burden to respondents associated with this ICR reflect the following changes in the program: (1) elimination of the requirement for respondents to file the attestation form associated with this information collection; and (2) continued retention of the attestation Form ETA-9142-B-CAA – Attestation for Employers Seeking to Employ H-2B Nonimmigrant Workers Under Section 543 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2017, and all supporting documentation submitted by employers to the Department of Homeland Security.
