The Application for Deferred or Postponed Retirement (FERS) (RI 92-19) will be used by separated employees to apply for either a deferred or postponed FERS annuity benefit. The TTY contact information has been updated to instruct the applicant to contact the Federal Relay Service. The hyperlink has been updated from godirect.gov to godirect.org. Instructions have been added to the form in the event an applicant has additional federal service
