Organizations applying for grants from the Internal Revenue Service’s Low Income Taxpayer Clinic (LITC), Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA), and Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) programs are required to complete the SF-424 and submit via grants.gov.
