SSA will use this new Common Form in place of the current SF 85, Questionnaire for Non-Sensitive Positions; SF 85P and SF 85âS, Questionnaire for Public Trust Positions and Supplemental Questionnaire for Selected Positions; and the SF 862, Questionnaire for National Security Positions, as OMB is replacing those three forms with the new Personnel Vetting Questionnaire.
