Description of Agency Usage: Common forms request for use of Grants.gov SF-270 Form by awardees of the Help America Vote College Program. Form will be used by awardees to submit requests for payment of grant funding, including advance payments and reimbursements. Use of the SF-270 by grantees to request payments manually will only be required until the set-up of the Payment Management System (PMS) is completed. Once PMS access for payment requests is available, the SF-270 will no longer be necessary as payment requests will be submitted and processed through the system. PMS access is expected to be available to grantees within several weeks.
