Abstract: THE OBJECT OF THIS STUDY IS TI DEVEKIO AND IMPLEMENT A QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM FOR USE BY NETWORKS MONITORING AIR QUALITY AROUND ENERGY DEVELOPED PROJECTS IN EIGHT MIDWESTERN STATES. THE INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE DEFICIENCIES OF THE AGENCY, RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CORRECTIVE ACTION, AND JUDGEMENTS AS TO THE LABORATORY'S ABILITY TO SUPPORT EPA PROJECTS.
