Abstract: SUGAR REGS REQUIRES IMPORTERS OR REFINERS TO FURNISH BONDS TO USDA IF THEY WISH TOIMPORT SUGAR. PRINCIPALS ON SUCH BONDS MUST SUBMIT MONTHLY REPORTS ON QUANTITY OF SUGAR EXPORTED ON WHICH DRAWBACK OF DUTY WAS ALLOWED. THESE REPORTS MUST BE CONTINUED UNTIL BOND IS CLEARED. (P.L. 439)
