Abstract: POWER CONTRACTS WITH EACH OF THE 160 DISTRIBUTORS REQUIRE THEM TO FOLLOW ACCOUNTING AS PRESCRIBED BY TVA AND A FINANCIAL REPORT BE SUBMITTED ANNUALLY. THIS REPORT IS THE ONLY FINANCIAL REPORTING FORM SUBMITTED BY THE DISTRIBUTOR TO TVA ON AN ANNUAL BASIS.
