Abstract: THIS FORM PROVIDES THE ANNUAL PROOF NECESSARY TO MEET THE PROOF REQUIREMENTS OF DESERT LAND ENTRIES UNDER THE ACT OF MARCH 3, 1891 (26 STAT. 1096; 43 U.S.C. 231; 323; 325; 327-329). THIS IS A YEARLY SUBMISSION BY THE APPLICANTS AS PROVIDED FOR BY SECTION 2521.5 OF THE REGULATIONS. THERE IS NO OTHER INFORMATION ALREADY AVAILABLE THAT CAN BE USED TO DETERMINE THE DESERT LAND ENTRY MEN/WOMEN QUALIFICATIONS
