Abstract: 9 CFR 156 PROVIDES CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH USDA CERTIFICATES MAY BE ISSUED TO ACCOMPANY SHIPMENTS OF INEDIBLE ANIMAL BYPRODUCTS TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES. THE PURPOSE IS FOR CERTIFICATION OF THE CLASS, QUANTITY, QUALITY, CONDITION AND PROCESSING OF THE BYPRODUCTS, AS REQUIRED BY THE IMPORTING COUNTRY.
