Abstract: THE OFFICE OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT EXTENDS TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC THE USE OF ITS AUDITORIUM, CONFERENCE ROOMS, AND TRAINING AND EXAMINATION FACILITIES, UNDER THE "LIVING BUILDING PROGRAM" SPONSORED BY GSA.
