EXPORTERS ARE ISSUED FINANCING AGREEMENTS AND ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ACCEPTABLE DOCUMENTS IN ORDER FOR CCC TO PAY CASH FOR THEIR ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE.
