Abstract: THIS REPORT PROVIDES CUMULATIVE DATA INDICATING STATE VR AGENCY'S PROGRESS IN MEETING ESTABLISHED GOALS FOR EACH QUARTER OF THE FISCAL YEAR. DATA COLLECTED INCLUDES QUARTERLY EXPENDITURES OF FEDERAL AND STATE FUNDS. PROVIDES INFORMATION TO RSA REGIONAL PERSONNEL TO ASSIST STATES, WHEN REQUIRED, IN OVERCOMING PROBLEMS RELATING TO ATTAINING THEIR GOALS.
